Tom has helped me solve problems and he has helped me over several years on my laptop via remote access which is great for my situation. He provided some more cost effective solutions as well!

Tom Shelock, is honest, prompt. and extreme;y knowledgeble. I have had him help me with computer problems over the past couple of yrers and this week he helped me choose and transition into a new laptop. I trust him completelhy and find his prices to be very reasonable.

Tom is knowledgeable and is very honest. My old computer died and he didn't just dive into fixing my (now obsolete) computer, he made sure to let me know it wasn't worth fixing. Instead of repair, he recovered all my files. He will also help you find a computer that suits your needs best. I've been to them 3 times, and will continue to use and recommend them to anyone in need.
