I barely waited a minute or two before being seen.I do wish they had an emergency phone number to call during off hours or on days when they are closed... Thankfully, they’d given me a referral to a local periodontist that was able to assist in my emergency situation.“
“The best decision I made was coming to see Dr. Colella! His office is over an hour drive for me, but the time is worth it for so many reasons. First, his staff are wonderful. From the very first time I walked into the office it felt like I knew everyone forever. The ladies are very nice, patient and informative. The assistant that work’s alongside Dr. Colella is so good! She is so easy to talk to and good at her work! She really enjoys what she does. Next up is Dr. Colella. He is so thorough. He explains everything, has some of the best technology I have seen, and really cares about your concerns. He made me super comfortable during my appts and he works fast in a good way. His first cleaning at 2.5 years old, Dr. Gibson made him feel comfortable and made accommodations to make him the happiest! My son didn’t cry at either experience and left just as happy as when he arrived. He has a television with cartoons placed perfectly for the kids!I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gibson and his staff! He is honest about the state of your mouth, answers all questions thoroughly and honestly. The environment is very clean and welcoming.
