I've owned my Tesla for a year now. I started to notice a shimmy while traveling on the highway and immediately set up an appointment to have it checked out. I brought the vehicle to the Tesla Service Center in Orland Park and was greeted by Anyssa who told me that I was a week early but would accommodate me anyway (specifically due to me taking the day off of work for said appointment). Anyssa then informed me that if the vehicle needed to stay for the day, that she would either offer me a loaner (if available) or a $100 worth of Uber credit to get home. What a pleasant surprise! I waited a bit for the technician, Rafael, to take a look at the car. He decided to take the car out for a test ride, with me as a passenger, and immediately suspected what the issue was. He reassured me that it wasn't a big problem and would most likely just involve a quick tire change out (incidentally, this was covered under warranty).After returning to the dealership, Rafael quickly took care of the issue and I was on my way. My experience was quick, comfortable and assuring. I felt welcomed and informed the entire visit. Anyssa and Rafael were unbelievably friendly, courteous and professional. Just another reason to support future Tesla purchases.

Have needed their services twice and both times they've been fantastic! Matched up the difficult-to-match Tesla multi-coat red paint PERFECTLY. If you have a Tesla and want it done right by people who only work on Teslas, GO HERE. Charles is great and will make sure you're taken care of!
