James and his associate who installed my new Geothermal unit did an amazing job. They were professional and precise on how they setup my unit. Gina was so helpful and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. She made the process in buying a new Geothermal unit very easy. I am so glad that I did my research and looked around for a professional who is knowledgeable in the field and was also willing to give other suggestions. I definitely would recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Of course, the coldest day of 2022. Below zero and my furnace stops working. The blower motor was whining and buzzing but not turning. I called RPM at 8:30 pm and Gina promptly and courteously answered the phone. I explained what was happening with my furnace, Gina asked me questions about the unit, she had me text some photos of my furnace to her. Together, well more Gina than I narrowed the problem down to a potential bad start capacitor. Little did I know that Gina was at home answering emergency after hours calls for RPM clients and new clients like myself whom were without heat in below zero temperatures.
