Had our home furnace and AC replaced by Planz. From start to finish A+ experience. Jim came out for the quote and explained everything perfectly, recommended units that fit our needs, not just the most expensive which is a breath of fresh air. Got scheduled two days later and had a one day install. Eric and Micheal were on time polite, professional and a delight to have in our home. Everything was done perfectly and clean up was perfect. Nothing but professional and high quality work from this group. Our furnace broke a few days before we brought our newborn home from the hospital in chilly December. Planz Heating/Air immediately made accommodations to install brand new units and get the heat back on in our home to keep my family warm and safe.
