We had a very good experience with Fred Appliance. They were prompt, courteous and fixed our appliance to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend. I had reviewed previously but my review went into "filtered" so here I am again.

With the storms the area has had in the past few weeks, I had noticed that my refrigerator had been acting up and had not been cooling, and that was a big problem considering that I had $300+ worth of food sitting in there. So after I had called Frigidaire, they had redirected me to Fred Appliance, which was a five star company as stated by the factory. When I had called over there, I was greeted by a woman whose name was Angie. She had a warm, jovial tone to her voice, and I could tell right away that she wanted to help me with no hesitation. When I had told her what my problem was, she knew that sending the owner, Fred, would be the most logical thing to do. When Fred had arrived at my house, he was very kind and understanding to my problem, because it had happened to him a few days before! When he had come inside and inspected the refrigerator, he had told me it was because of a "start relay" and told me it was an easy fix. Fred was in and out the door within 45 minutes because of his expertise in fixing refrigerators in the past. One thing I had noticed which I would say was one of the things that I care about most was the reliability and preparation that Fred had displayed that day. When he had heard about the problem I was having, he planned ahead and carried the part that he thought he would need and had brought it with him in his vehicle. That allowed for a quick repair, and nothing but satisfaction from me. Every other company that I have had in the past would always find a way to disappoint me somehow, but Fred was different. His past experience with appliances had allowed for a hassle-free experience, and an experience to remember! I would without a doubt, recommend him to my friends and family! Fred and Fred Appliance get five stars from me, but I would honestly have to say, five stars is an understatement!
