First picture is the guys work that actually accepted the $100 just to leave and not make it more of a mess. I wasn’t home but he claims he went over these spots 5 times and they won’t go away. Second picture is after 1 to 2 runs using a $32 rug doctor rental. It’s funny how a $150 carpet cleaner did a better job than the whiner that showed up with a $1000+ cleaner. This all happened after a 3 hour delay to the 9-10 am appointment. Don’t waste your money here they’re dirt cheap for a reason. Person answering calls only responded with “oh wow I’m sorry” instead of offering a reasonable explanation or something to make up for the ridiculousness.

Completely Impressed !!! On time, professional, dedicated, reasonably priced and took the time to do the job right. I thought I would have to replace all the carpeting in my home as it was so bad from the previous owner but BDK Quality Services saved the day and my bank account. My carpets and stairs came out beautiful. Thank you so much for all your hard and professional work. I highly recommend this company!!!
