We had just moved to the area in June of 2023. We were worried about finding a vet as we really liked the one we had before we moved. We found Townline doing a google search. We took our dog here in September as he had a cut on his back. Dr. Singh took care of him and explained what the cut could be and answered any questions we had. My gf and I were so nervous it was something bad and Dr Singh assured us he was going to be okay and he was, turned out the be nothing. They were able to see us on Sunday which was extremely fortunate. The records were accessed from a local animal ER, so steps could be taken to keep our dog’s inoperable cancer condition stabilized.This prevented a trip to the ER which would have proven much more expensive and unneeded, but for the timing. The staff were empathetic and supportive.
I liked how they treated my dog, he had a very severe allergy around his eyes, and the medicine they prescribed worked immediately and the next day they called me on the phone to see how my dog was doing?
