“We went through a lengthy 7-month battle with our insurance company, who refused to replace our roof after a severe windstorm that compromised the entire integrity of our roof.Benito Micelli, our account rep from AmeriPro was relentless and invaluable in helping us navigate the entire claim process.He came out to our property multiple times, fielded dozens of calls, showed up for every inspection to meet with the field adjuster and even hoped onto conference calls with the insurance company to advocate on our behalf.This was us our first ever home claim, and without Benito, I am certain that we would not have a new roof and insurance would have ‘weaseled’ their way out of their responsibility.So, after a long 7-month process, we finally had our roof replaced and AmeriPro did a fantastic job.I might add that it’s important for the homeowner to keep meticulous documentation but having someone guide and serve as an ‘advisory’ through the process is critically important.I’ve read some of the other negative reviews and like any company, it’s the quality of the employee’s that will either make your experience positive or negative.
