“We went through a lengthy 7-month battle with our insurance company, who refused to replace our roof after a severe windstorm that compromised the entire integrity of our roof.Benito Micelli, our account rep from AmeriPro was relentless and invaluable in helping us navigate the entire claim process.He came out to our property multiple times, fielded dozens of calls, showed up for every inspection to meet with the field adjuster and even hoped onto conference calls with the insurance company to advocate on our behalf.This was us our first ever home claim, and without Benito, I am certain that we would not have a new roof and insurance would have ‘weaseled’ their way out of their responsibility.So, after a long 7-month process, we finally had our roof replaced and AmeriPro did a fantastic job.I might add that it’s important for the homeowner to keep meticulous documentation but having someone guide and serve as an ‘advisory’ through the process is critically important.I’ve read some of the other negative reviews and like any company, it’s the quality of the employee’s that will either make your experience positive or negative. “Initial impression…not so much. Very ready to take initial Deposit but took a few weeks to schedule roof cleaning and repair. They decided unilaterally to clean only a portion of the whole roof. After some discussion, agreed to clean the whole roof, which they did beautifully. Next day they applied the roof treatment. They were very thorough and careful to prevent any roof sealer from getting on the brick/ foliage/ windows/ etc.. I have to give particular credit to Diego and Julio for their attention to detail and their conscious awareness of what is required for perfection…they provided it. I highly recommend Shake Guys for roof cleaning/ sealing.“

“We hired Holda Construction to do a roof repair on my roof that wasn’t even a year old. The prior roofing company would not honor their 7 year warranty. We called several other roofing companies and did not get any response back. Holda Construction not only came out right away, but they also took the time to educate us on ventilation and attic insulation. We were very pleased with the work they did as well as the clean up.
We highly recommend Holda Construction, they were all very nice and extremely hard workers. I felt very at ease and feel strongly that they can be trusted.

“We began gathering estimates for a James Hardie exterior re-siding of our cedar sided home in late winter. We received estimates from three local, reputable installers. Bak Brothers' estimate was in the mid-range of the three. What convinced us to go with Bak Brothers was the responsive, thoughtful engagement with sales rep Scott Dunda. Scott provided excellent service, and was responsive to our needs as the process proceeded.

Once we chose Bak Brothers, Greg Krys became our point of contact as the project manager. Like Scott, Greg was always available and responsive to our questions and concerns. In cooperation with Greg, as well as Peter and Tomas who did the actual residing, we made changes and improvements as the project went along. The project began sooner than originally and planned, and while it took a few days longer than expected, we could not be happier with our "new" house, and will recommend Bak Brothers to anyone looking for a high quality, competitively priced James Hardie siding project. “I've used AB Edwards for two large projects at my house - a full roof replacement after hail damage and existing stucco repair. On both projects, they were professional in terms of communication prior to and ultimately the quality of the work. Both projects required some components that were quoted as time & materials (removing stairs to access stucco and replacing wood decking on the roof) and both times they were fair and transparent in the process, coming in under the good faith estimates they provided before and during the work.“
