He has done small jobs, replacing kitchen sink faucets and tub spouts, replaced leaking outdoor spigots, replacing our hot water heaters and replumbing and replacing our sump pump. He even came by to disassemble the drain in our kids’ bathroom when they shoved water beads down the drain.

They are always quick to respond, their plumbers are always very intelligent and competent and extremely neat and well mannered. I have never found any fault with their work ever. They aren't cheap, but they aren't the most expensive either, and in the end you get what you pay for. Reliance took us through a very long, and pretty expensive rebuild and reconnection of my house plumbing after we had a water pipe burst that destroyed half our house. The insurance company mandated plumber made such a mess of our reconnections that I had to fire them and hire Reliance to get our house in working order again. Reliance made several great suggestions that saved us time and even more money. When we tried to cram a new hot water dispenser with tank under our kitchen sink along with the dishwasher connection, an outside hose connection, and a garbage disposal, it was Reliance who suggested we rip everything out and reengineer all the piping from scratch. This was costly but the end result was a magificent blend of both art and engineering and we have so much more space under there now. When we had mystery water leaks in our basement ceiling and we thought we knew the source, it was Reliance that quickly suggested the proper course of action and discovered the leak was from an entirely different location. Reliance will frequently do extra little no-cost things during their visit like clean faucet traps or caulk a spot that needs it, or have suggestions for improvements. They are my first choice for any plumbing services. In my opinion, the best plumbing company on Chicago's North Shore.“
