I love it! I have PCOS and not only laser, but this laser machine actually works for me and my body. I've done laser in the past and was going monthly and still had to shave days later. Milan is flexible with dates and payments, I love it. To know I can go for life anytime as well for touch ups if needs is the biggest plus for me!

Alison the laser technician is fabulous ?. I have never been treated so well and cared for. She spent time explaining and going over areas of concern. I had bad experience at another milan laser location. So I came to Vernon hill now. I have been in customer service for many many years. I want Alison moving forward. And will ask for her when I go in moving forward. She really truly rocks! Go team Vernon Hills! ( The lady at the front desk ( forgot her name) was also super sweet! I am glad I switched location.
