John and Megan Hansen have done a GREAT JOB for us! They are our MANAGED IT PARTNER. They also handle INTERNET AND TELEPHONY, SECURITY AND DATA RECOVERY. We have worked with John Hansen and his company LAKE COOK SOLUTIONS for a few years now. With Johns industry knowledge he has been able to implement some amazing things for our organization. Over the 30 years or so we have been in business we have had many IT resources in the past. Many past resources know a portion on how to keep a business IT system running. John knows them all it seems. He is customer service oriented and a very well-intended honest individual. We are happy to have John as a partner and friend.

I recently worked with Lake Cook Solutions to replace my home computer and printer. John and Megan met with me to identify my requirements and to inform me of the services they can provide. Needless to say I was very impressed and relieved that could assist me in identifying products that fulfilled my needs especially as I am an individual user and not a business operation. They made me feel important and at no time did I feel I wasn’t as important to them as their larger clients.
