My keys did not work at first they were full of burrs and very sharpI bought a wire brush and cleaned them up until I was able to put them into the lock and use them. I even paid the extra to have that done. My money was refunded to me. I will use this service again as to I believe the machine just needs an adjustment.

I called around 9:15am and by 10:30 Tony was here and got my car open in under 2 minutes and was also very friendly, allowing me to get to school on time. They also sent me update messages and allowed me to track where he was before he arrived. Highly recommend.

I called the one in Aurora. They answered right away, set me an appointment for the time I wanted, finished in about an hour, and were super nice. I would definitely recommend them.
