I spoke to Karl and he took the time to look up a replacement key lock for my old storm door, which he found out had been discontinued. Instead of selling me a new lock which would be costly, he suggested putting the cost toward a new storm door and even recommended one he purchased for his own house. Great service by Karl, went above and beyond to help me at no cost!!

I'll first say that Karl was SO friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. He's a license locksmith and from his shop and tools you could tell he knew his stuff. Asked for a very unique key to be duplicated and I met him at this shop, he spent the time to look up the correct blank, had it in stock and cut it in SECONDS! Visually, it looked accurate and clean. Tried it out and success! Worked like a charm ... SMOOTH! Highly recommend Karl and Karlock! I will be using him next time I need assistance!

We needed keys to our storm door because my brother kept locking it. So we brought the core of the storm door lock and Karlock expertly took care of the situation. He is very efficient and professional, (state-licensed), a great person to engage with and learn from. I can't recommend more highly
