Walked in, was greeted immediately upon arrival. Several people were checked in ahead of me, but since only one present I was served right away.
Stylist: Rhodah was pleasant and did a great job of perking up my look! Will visit again.

The manager made a not good situation turn out near perfect, i.e. I had to return after showering and noticing the length of hair was not acceptable (I was not offered a mirror look upon first visit) So glad I came back because the manager took care of me just right and it turned out better than I would have imagined. I understand that price have to go up but your price have gone up a lot in a short period of time and you guys don't offer any coupons anymore so it makes people want to go look at places that offer haircuts with coupons.
