we purchased a $1 million home on Ridge Road in Lake Forest. Found used lumber in floor joists, structural defects throughout , over 20 windows with glass seal failures, hvac ducting cut through structural / headers under load bearing walls , missing blocking at plumbing fixtures, he told us our site top soil would remain at rear of our lot then failed to do so .
