The facility is kind, caring, and professional, with a fast and easy experience, even for elderly patients. It is excellent when you need care after working hours. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The visit is comforting, with a great staff and knowledgeable doctors who are very attentive. You do not have to wait for hours to be seen.
They have always been prompt and taken me seriously. I love that they're closer to a standalone ER than a retail urgent care.
Went with a vicious migraine and they had me in a bed in five minutes so I could lay in the dark and quiet to wait for a doctor rather than sitting in the waiting room in pain.
