Called on a Sunday morning for an emergency frozen and broken water line on our well. They answered the phone and had our problem fixed with in 3 hours of calling on a day with temperatures below 0. Emergency pricing was unbelievably reasonable. We will definitely be using them again.
Andy’s repaired not one but two of our vehicles this week. One deer damage, the other from hitting a buzzard. Yep. They were great to work with from start to finish. Their communication was great and they worked closely with us to schedule and coordinate the repairs as we had to have both vehicles fixed within a few days. Their work was superb, finished on time and super-friendly folks.

Stopped by on my way to decorate my great grandparents graves . Everyone at the place were very gracious. My great-grandpa was a life member there .The men were getting ready to put a lot of flags out for Memorial Day. A couple of men remembered my grandfather from years ago.

The quote came quickly and was much better than “big box” stores and the quality of the carpet was supreme. The carpet installers, Robert and Summer, drove to Mattoon for the install. They were professional and so very pleasant and accommodating. Such a great experience! I highly recommend DePaolos and hope to schedule more work in the near future!

I highly recommend Dr. Cox. He takes the time to thoroughly evaluate you and answer any questions with explanation vs a flat yes/no. I have been to several chiropractors through the years and this is the first time I have seen a Flexion Distraction table. The table is segmented and moves letting gravity take over while Dr. Cox adjusts you. It provides for a gentler adjustment while it stretches & decompresses your spine. His office staff is great & it's easy to get in for an appointment. Thank you!

Me , my husband and two of our friends stopped in on our way back from st louis to finally visit pine ridge homes and let's just say we're definitely going with them to build our future home. Kevin was super friendly and nice and very informative and not pushy what so ever. I also have to give a big shout out to Amber , even though she wasn't there in person she was very helpful setting up this meeting and letting kevin know ahead of time. The quality of the homes they had on display where picture perfect ? also being able to see all the products to choose for designing interior spaces was so neat! Hands down go with pine ridge homes if you're wanting to build. Five stars ? ????

As someone who is very nervous and anxious I can say, Chester Nay always goes out of his way to put me at ease and explain everything very clearly. If you're looking for a cuddly doctor to comfort you and protect your feelings he's not the one for you. If you're looking to get in, get seen, and get the care you need then yes. He's the one. He is polite, and honest. Not a sugar coater by any means. But he's intelligent and he's effective. The nurses and intake staff are always polite and extremely knowledgeable and supportive.
Mars Plumbing came out within a few days to fix my toilet and the technician (Aveti) was very good and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great customer service!
