It was a quick smooth pleasant process for me. They were on time, did a very neat professional job and cleaned up the work area (even though some of that mess was actually caused by my cats). “Excellent experience! My mother’s central air went out on a Friday and I called Rescue at 6:30 on a Friday thinking I would just leave a message. I got a live person and they were onsite within 90 minutes! It turned out the unit was shot, it was over 20 years old so no surprise there. We were sent a quote on Saturday, which was very reasonable and they were available Monday to install a new unit. They had the complete unit installed in 4 hours (inside and outside) Everything is working great. If you need AC service in the Carthage Illinois area give them a call!“
