“Excellent experience! My mother’s central air went out on a Friday and I called Rescue at 6:30 on a Friday thinking I would just leave a message. I got a live person and they were onsite within 90 minutes! It turned out the unit was shot, it was over 20 years old so no surprise there. We were sent a quote on Saturday, which was very reasonable and they were available Monday to install a new unit. They had the complete unit installed in 4 hours (inside and outside) Everything is working great. If you need AC service in the Carthage Illinois area give them a call!“
