Many years ago an Iyengar yoga teacher told me that I could use my practice when life became difficult. I had no idea what she meant. Most recently I had two loses in my life of people who were close to me within hours of each other. While I have supportive family, friends and community, I could not wait to be on my yoga mat and take classes with Becky Meline and Lois Steinberg. I have never met either of these two teachers in person. I live out of state so my classes are online only. It did not matter to me. Lois and Becky are a gift to Iyengar yoga. I used to take workshops with Lois Steinberg in Berlin many years ago. Now living in France, I discovered that there are regular online classes, which I am trying to attend every week. Very profound, attentive and kind teachers of Iyengar Yoga. What a great opportunity!
