“We highly recommend Steinmeyer roofing. They installed a new roof a year ago. From their initial quote we discovered they were the “Master Elite Certified GAF contractor” in the area. This turned out to be more beneficial than we knew.Working with Scott Johnson our new shingles were on by early November. Scott and another coworker came to inspect the roof afterward and noticed significant contrast between large groups of shingles making it appear as 2 different colors. Scott reached out to the GAF rep who agreed it didn’t look normal (via photos) but stated this occurs sometimes due to shingles accumulating more oil on bottom of pallets making them appear darker and will leach out from rain, snow etc. Made sense and after waiting 6 plus mos. there was no change. Mr Johnson began the process of a warranty claim and GAF approved replacement along with an upgrade suggested by Steinmeyer. The new shingles look better than expected.No one wants to go through the process of a warranty claim, but it’s very reassuring knowing Steinmeyer and GAF stand by their products and services. Highly recommend both.“
