Never in my life have I ever had to deal with the most uncommunicative company in my life. We have been in business for 30 years and never would we ever treat our customers or clients this bad. If we never returned a customer's phone call I am sure we would have heard some how about it. Well VOLO BROADBAND out of Urbana is the most sickening internet that I have ever dealt with. The OWNER/CEO does not care about his customers. He will not return a email from Nov 1st about my router. So I called multiple times today about when the ETA is on my 10 am apt for no internet that we lost at 130-2 pm yesterday. I don’t normally write reviews but wanted to share this is a honest company. I dropped my computer off because it wouldn’t turn on. Turns out it was my power outlet at home. They turned it right on for me, charged me $5.

I have been trying to set up service with Volo for two weeks now. When I call to check in I am told that someone will be out "tomorrow" to work on it OR that they will call me back. These are both lies. I have called them almost daily for a week now. I am sometimes on hold for up to an hour just to get in contact with a customer service representative. When I ask for details such as "how much longer will this take?" or "what work is being done?" I am told that I have to talk to a technician about that. They ALWAYS say that they will call me back.
