Ray's went above and beyond to take care of us. Not only did they give us a great quote on a new system, they revived the old system while we were waiting for the install even though it was well beyond the end of it's reasonable lifespan and we had known for a long time that it was only a matter of time before it died.
Air conditioner froze on a very hot day. Service man was here the next day. (Very much appreciated the quick response). Service rep explained the problem giving estimated cost before resolving the problem.
Rays is the best of the best. I’ve been a customer of Ray’s Heating and Cooling for a number of years. Recently Nick came and gave me an estimate to replace my ac/htg. He gave me a couple choices, explained everything thoroughly answered any questions and left it up to me as to which option I chose. One option was more expensive than the other, but he didn’t try to influence me to get the more expensive unit. Within a week I had an appointment to get my new
