Welcome to R.U.F.F. Salon, where your pet is my priority. R.U.F.F Salon offers one on one appointments. All dogs have their own appointment times so all the attention is focused on their needs which reduces unnecessary stress on the pet. Most appointments last 60 to 90 minutes. Individual appointments allow for it to be possible for the salon to be cage free**. My goal is to provide a safe, clean and loving atmosphere for your furry friend so they can enjoy their spa days for all their years. I want all of my clients to be comfortable and confident in the fact that their pet is well taken care of. I take pride in my work and want all my clients to be proud of the hairstyle and care their pet has received.

I am not reviewing this business. But rather, I have a question. What is the phone number? I didn't see it on the site. Sorry if I just missed it. Oh, I found it on suggest an edit. But the number that is listed there is a vacant number! Is there another number to call? Or has this business gone out of business? This is the 2nd grooming salon I've tried and both were a bust!
My Great Pyrenees had to be muzzled and held down at the vet because he became fearful when his nails had to be cut. He seemed in agony and I felt agonized. I read that groomers can sometimes do this task without traumatizing the dog so I tried Becky. I thought it would be a "meet and greet" and a month-long adjustment. Becky worked a miracle, got Shep up on the table (a feat in itself), groomed him, relaxed him, and proceeded to trim all of his nails with not one murmur of protest from Shep. She made his anxiety and my anxiety vanish like smoke. There were multiple dogs in the same room and I was a nervous wreck about the whole thing because of the experience at the vet, but Becky knows dogs because it was a busy but friendly room with the dogs and the humans. I highly recommend Becky and Ruff Salon.
Becky is great! She runs the salon out of the basement of her home, and offers better services than pet store grooming salons at comparable prices. I take my 10 pound yorkie to RUFF every 5-6 weeks. Becky gives him a bath and a full groom (including nails) in one hour. My dog never has to wait for hours in a cage. As long as I live in this area, I will be taking my dog to Becky - I highly recommend her services!
