Went there one time and got my nails and pedicure done. I did not like either of the services. I felt the place and tools could have been cleaner and I don’t know if they sanitize everything, my nails were choppy and my cuticles were not paid any attention to. Before starting I was told it would be 10 extra dollars to do my cuticles so I felt like I was being taken for a ride till I said I’ve never heard that before and the lady dropped that charge, but my cuticles were still not paid any attention to. Poor communication skills, no greeting upon entry, no thank me when I left, failed to communicate In any way shape or form. The only thing she said the entire visit was pick a color and $35......she asked $35 at the beginning of the service then never said another word to me the entire time. Once they were painted I sat waiting for the next communication of either "you're done now " or " do you want a design" but she said nothing. So I sat $36 on the table and walked out. She actually followed me to my car to ask for the money. I said go look at your station..it's there and try communicating with me

Overcharged / dishonest pricing structure and sloppy work.Upcharge of $15 for a regular polish french that is not listed on their price chart.Pricing is too high anyway. I usually go to Anna's in Champaign but I was in Urbana and crunched for time. I won't make that mistake again.
