My kitchen sink was leaking & my bathroom sink was completely backed up. Mr. Roto sent out their employee named Rob. He did a fantastic job! He was very nice & professional & was very quick & efficient with the service! I am impressed to say the least! This was a great experience overall! Thank you so much Rob! You are great!
Rob was an awesome and very friendly plumber new what to do his knowledge was awesome. Rob came out on Sunday and got my drain opened he was an angel. Many thanks to Rob ! The first guy I had on Friday was terrible no knowledge.
The tech was prompt and kept me informed as to his arrival time. He did the inspection as requested and let me know it was fine but he could not certify my unit as the company was not authorized to do so.
I called management and expressed my displeasure for not being informed of this. They quickly and positively responded and refunded my service fee.
Kudos to a company who responds to customer complaints without hesitation. I would recommend them because I believe customer satisfaction is a priority.
