HV Neighborhood Transformation

HVNT's mission is to support the transformation of high-hope areas, by disrupting cycles of violence in under-served communities, connecting those communities to meaningful resources, and enhancing social consciousness through educational, political, social, and economic activism. HVNT provides a voice for the voiceless. HVNT engages directly with “High Hope” communities to eliminate the abnormality of normalcy that makes violence an acceptable solution to problems.
