Had a pipe freeze, burst, then proceeded to flood my spare bedroom. Luke (a service guy) came right out and solved the problem. He did a great job explaining what was wrong and how we should fix it. Luke also checked over my heating unit and insured that everything was working properly. The next day when something else went wrong he answered all my questions and came out and fixed the problem. Luke was very efficient and professional. We are very impressed with the service A&R provided and would highly recommend them!!
