Dave took the time to caulk the faucet after replacing the cartridge which turned out to be a bit challenging. Dave and Harley came in focused to work. “Honest Guys did an excellent job with the installation of my new furnace with humidifier system on December 23, 2023. They keep me informed on the delivery of the equipment with ETA status for their arrival. My new furnace is running great, but they had a problem with the new humidifier not starting up due to a programming with the panel. So I was scheduled for 2nd visit to complete the final installation on humidifier. It was scheduled for December 27, 2023 between 9-10AM which they texted me/called me to advise me they were on their way. “Honest, trustworthy and dependable. Extremely professional experience. We were having trouble with our water heater pilot light keptgoing out and being difficult at times to restart. Lavelle stayed on the phone with tech support from the manufacturer explaining what he was seeing. The problem was figured out and the part number that was needed was obtained. Lavelle then obtained the part, came back and installed it.We also needed to have our kitchen faucet replaced. Lavelle asked what type of faucet I prefer. Offered me a couple of different brands and installed the one I wanted.I cannot recommend this company enough.“
