I met the Team at the McHenry County Fair ten years ago and started scheduling them for repairs, new system installations, warranty work etc, Very pleasant, congenial and attention to detail workers. Have had them here every year spring and fall for AC and Furnace seasonal PM and have never been disappointed. My previous company charged me $1200 for a temporary repair and then tried to sell me a new system for over $20,000. R&R repaired the old system, proved the system was still working fine. R&R helped with me recovering a $1200 reimbursement from the old company and threes years later my old system still runs like new with no issues. Our new driveway, walkway and retaining wall have fully transformed our property into a true head turner (for real, everyone walking by stops to look).Whats more, our garage has not taken in any water since they wrapped!Quality of the work is outstanding. Crew is professional and friendly = and they stand by their work.Long story short:There was a small misscommunication about scope of work that I didn't catch until after the work had completed.
