My 20 year old kitty was in distress. I called, late night, and they set up an appointment right away. Unfortunately the life ran out of my baby before I could get her up there. When I called them back and told them what had happened the woman was awesome, her voice showed her sympathy and caring. She really understood what it's like when your companion dies. I truly appreciated her.
The care & concern for Tilly was exceptional. It was wonderful that I wasnt treated as a nutty pet mom. Tilly is progressing nicely thanks to y'all. Dawn. Tilly's mom!!
Had to put the family cat down and the doctor, nurse, and receptionist were all super kind and made the process very easy. I highly recommend them. They explained the whole process very well and made it about us, very thankful for them!
