Anderson Hospital ExpressCare in Troy provides immediate medical care for non-life-threatening conditions. The team of healthcare professionals treats various minor illnesses and injuries. Patients have reported receiving top-notch care from the nursing staff and healthcare providers, who are professional and show they care. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Everyone from the receptionist to nurses to nurse assistants and APRN are exceptionally nice, welcoming, and very caring. They respond very quickly and do everything they can for their patients, from listening to what is wrong to getting X-rays done. While the facility can be very busy, staff do above and beyond compassionate work. Many patients are seen timely and would highly recommend ExpressCare.
Went in on a Sunday. Was very busy but everyone from receptionist to nurses to nurse assistants and APRN were all exceptionally nice and welcoming and very caring and took care of all my needs from listening to what was wrong to getting X-rays done and giving breathing treatment and getting scripts written. Would highly recommend but also if busy please be patient. They do their job well and to work with what staff they have they do above and beyond compassionate work.
I was seen timely. They were very busy and I was informed early that there could be a wait. There was short waits in between steps, but all reasonable for all of the illnesses being dealt with these days.
I went in because I thought I had bronchitis. They thought I might be having a heart attack. They responded very quickly & did everything they could before transferring me to Anderson Hospital. Thank you!
