I wasn’t home when he came, but he left a detailed written invoice and then called me the next day to further discuss the repairs needed. The technician seemed knowledgeable, however, I was taken aback by the fact that he only had prices prepared for a replacement estimate, not for a repair estimate, which was the service I was seeking from their company.
