He squeezed me in for an appointment within two days, gave me his full attention and expertise, and explained about the differences in wigs. I went with a heat resistant synthetic. He told me how to carefully use heat tools on it, how to comb it with a wide tooth comb, how and when to wash it. My wig arrived in just under a week!
