Dr Jim is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. We have been going to him for over five years and he has provided us with outstanding care.**************Unfortunately Dr Jim retired and now this is a chain store. Sorry to see Dr Jim leave but we all should retire when we can and enjoy life.I am currently looking for a new eye doctor
I went in for a routine eye exam with a contact exam as well. The exam portion was normal, no issues there. The check out process though, days later, is really bugging me. I sat in a chair and spoke with a woman I believe named Michelle, but don't quote me and it is conveniently not listed on my receipt. I typically get just 6 months of daily contacts because I wear glasses a majority of the time and contacts here and there. When the employee showed me the total for the exams, contacts, and a "focus pack" of contact-related items, the total came out to $655.xx WITH INSURANCE. Purchasing Contact Lenses here is a complete Rip-Off. Best to get the Prescription and go on- line to purchase at a much Cheaper price.They do have a nice selection of glasses to choose from. Expect to pay more for the designer glasses.Only one eye exam room with only one optometrist...so takes a longer time to get an appointment.
