Homeowner for 40 years and have never had better service, quick response time, extremely professional, outstanding quality of work and such reasonable prices. They have repaired tub leak, pouring down into my kitchen and did an incredible job. No hot water last night, got back to me and stated they would contact me and they did first thing in the morning. I have hot water as they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and SO honest as I was so afraid of what news I may get. Excellent quality, such integrity and great price. Would not let anyone else touch my plumbing but TF Sullivan in Tinley Park, IL..

Spoke to the owner on Thursday about 5 o'clock, he returned my call. Quoted me a price for a gas water heater installed in mokena. about 5% less than the next closest bid. 12 noon the next day 2 Sullivan plumbers showed up and within a few hours I had vast amounts of hot water. If I would have known it would be this easy and reasonably priced I would have done this years ago. I highly recommend this contractor.

I have been using Dave for years, he always does great work at very affordable prices. You won’t be disappointed with his service. He just completed rough-ins for a master bath remodel and everything is top notch.
