Loved the customer service. They always provide support, even beyond installation. They (especially Dwight) will always answer questions and even stop by to help w/any window issues. Highly recommend.

Schaaf window has helped us with both custom fit shower doors and mirrors. Great communication and fast delivery. Would recommend!

Very good customer service at sales office in St. John, Indiana. Also very polite man who came and measured and the installers today were very polite, helpful and efficient. Patio 3 piece door looks very nice but have only had it 1 day so not sure how it will be down the road.
