I've been debating if to post this or not for literally two years. But everytime I use our shower, I am reminded I should.Overall, pricing was affordable. Sam for the most part was very pleasant. However, I guess you get what you pay for. My husband and I try to be understanding and compassionate but this experience was frustrating. Pleasantries can't cover bad experiences or bad work.There was just too many mistakes. The wrong vanity was put in despite constant communication. We needed tile installation on short notice since the washer and dryer were to be delivered in one week. Sam was able to send Chuck and Michael over the next day. They actually showed up early and worked until past what I would have considered quitting time on Friday. They returned on Saturday (on time again) and worked until the job was done. Very polite and made sure to clean up when all was done. Very nice result.Service: Tile work replacement

Professional, fast, affordable, great communication. They know their stuff! Willing to go above and beyond until the customer is happy. I LOVE my new bathroom and kitchen! My two new favorite rooms in my house.
