We meet with David McMaster's from Master Home Inspectors in mid-November 2023 for an estimate for a vacant three bedroom rental unit remodel. The estimate came in way over our budget; however David assured us that the work would be high quality, and that he wanted to take pictures of the finished work to show future clients. We decided to go with him. David and his assistant finished up in mid January2024. The work was not quality at all, David really dropped the ball with this job. We definitely would not refer David McMaster's for any work. The areas that are sub-par at best are the new doors, new glass block window, hard wood flooring, and all of the paint work. We also had complaints from the tenants about the big mess that was made and not cleaned up, transporting debris from the unit to the garbage cans. If considering hiring this company, please ask David about the Exchange St, remodel. We are still waiting on him to return the keys.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. We have discovered various issues in our home that were not properly inspected—including a gas leak and realizing our attic was not inspected at all.

Dave is professional and knowledgeable through my inspection. I like how he took his time to explain everything to me in the process, I'm very appreciative. I will recommend you to schedule a appointment with dave, you wont be disappointed.
