“I had an emergency problem at night and after calling 10 so-called 24/7 electrical companies only Primary Electric called me back. A gentleman by the name of James (Jim) Pinner, called at night verbally assessed the situation and set a time to meet. When I meet Jim he was extremely professional. He took the time to completely explain the problems then he jumped on the project extremely fast and efficient, not to mention he had 98% of the tools on his truck. Then after all the work was complete, he gave a price that beat the competition by thousands of dollars so I will say Primary Electric has earned my business moving forward and if you want an honest affordable estimate and fast work delivery then Primary Electric is the place for you. I would for sure try and ask for James (Jim) Pinner, but I am sure if they got him on board then all their technicians are spot on and 110% ethical and practical about getting a big job done. I personally hate it when people ask where the location is and I say Lincoln Park and I can literally see dollar signs, with Jim and Primary that wasn't the case.
