Great gym with a wide variety of equipment including the Monster Lite Monkey Rig. There is a dedicated room for group classes. A turf area for pushing the sled. Another amenity that can be an add-on to your membership is a tanning package which is under the same roof. A couple bathrooms with showers and 2 locker rooms. I will warn that during peak hours of operation there could be some waiting for your opportunity with bathrooms/popular equipment.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and services available for members. They have a wonderfully made website, that provides accurate information on the services they provide. The staff are extremely accommodating and provide well rounded nutritional advice to their clients. As if that wasn’t enough, True Grit provides a number of group classes and personal training outside of normal business hours! Best gym in the area!

I go here basically everyday, its a great gym, definitely the best in the area. The staff are always very nice and the building is very clean. Everyone here is friendly and you don't feel like you're going to get judged.
