WM - Five Oaks Landfill and Hauling is a comprehensive waste management and environmental services company that has been in operation since 1968. Customers have praised the company's great communication, consistency, and service, with friendly and helpful employees, safe and conscientious drivers, and no messes left after pickup. The company's overall service is described as great, with a few initial hiccups when they acquired a previous provider, but they are now said to have their act together.
I had a frustrating time setting up new service with this company. You absolutely cannot get anyone on the phone unless you have an existing account number! So don’t expect to set up services over the phone. You just can’t.
You HAVE to go online and request services.
When you call… The automated recording never tells you to set up first online. I had to figure that out for myself. But once I was set up they do pick up trash.
- I’m editing my review because Tony came by and brought me a new trash can (so I don’t have to use the old gross one that was already here) and he was sooooo nice! Very happy with this company.
I recently started hauling material to this landfill several times a day. I've been to several landfills throughout the country, these folks are AWESOME! The scale and all the guys in the field could not be more professional and helpful. Just a top notch crew!! Makes my job so much easier when they truly care about safety and my equipment. Very much appreciated.
I love WM! They've been great to work with so far. Trash and recycling pickup has been punctual, and they treat our property with respect. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful.
