My 30 year old water heater decided to leak. Called at 9:30. He was here by noon to check it out. He went and got new unit, brought it out and had installed and ruiby 4:00. Very pleased with the service. He was very polite. We will call them for any other plumbing issues.

After waiting for over a month with several leaks and other plumbers who wouldn't come to do the work, or sometimes wouldn't even bother to call me back to say they weren't coming, I called Ricci Plumbing and wished i'd called them in the first place! WONDERFUL SERVICE!

I left a message about my repair needs, and the owner called me back within hours, and scheduled his crew to come the next day. They arrived when promised, and went right to work on two bath tubs and a toilet that were all leaking various amounts. One tub will need more extensive work, so they will come back.
