I am a new patient at Mid-Illinois and walked out yesterday feeling over joyed about my decision to make the switch from the office I was going to before. I found Dr. Ben and his staff to be a breath of fresh air and just amazing. They are very friendly, have a great sense of humor, plays the best music, and goes above and beyond to make your visit a pleasant one. Dr. Ben was very honest with me and informed me that the procedure that was started, prior to my coming to him, was not necessary. He suggested taking a different approach to my care. The absolute best office I have had the pleasure of going to. I have been going here for about 3 years. I recently took my niece for an emergency visit. The dentist and staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and explained everything to us in detail. Hands down the best office I have been to in my 40 years of going to a dentist! Keep up the good work!
