It took over 2 hours to get a haircut. I got there before 4 pm. I checked in in person, but somehow, others that checked in in person were taken ahead of me. Not a fan of the present system.
The haircut was fine just the computer system sucks
I always loved coming here to get my haircut. But the past 2 times I've gone, my normal stylist hasn't been there(I always look to see if she is there beforehand)I dont know where Kari went. Without Kari, every haircut is sub-par.I dont know if I will ever return!
High turn over rate only can find one person who consistently cuts hair decently, my other complaint is the check in time does not match what your time is in the app, sometimes we end up 20-30 minutes past the recommended time it says to show up at.
