The technician, Dennis arrived right on time. He checked & cleaned my furnace preparing it for the winter. Dennis was kind enough, since I was a new homeowner to answer all my questions, make recommendations on filters and review my thermostat with me. I can't praise this company enough. They originally installed our home's HVAC system, and when it started acting up last fall (after 7 years), we called another, more local service. That tech tried to convince us that the coil was failing, suggesting a $4-5K replacement. Ron's came out in the spring, did a tune-up, but couldn't replicate the problem. Recently, with the hot weather, the system started acting up again. Despite a packed schedule, they called us when another customer canceled and sent someone out. He quickly identified a clogged drainage hose (due to a dead bug) and fixed it for less than $150! They could have overcharged us but didn't. We're customers for life!
