My husband’s app’t went great with Dr. Appel, but the kiosk check-in is so redundant…. What good does it do to VERIFY the insurance you HAVE ON FILE in your PRE-CHECK the day before you come, and then have to SCAN your cards before your app’t as you check-in, or you have to reschedule and come back?

But he brightened (literally) my life!!! He is an absolutely wonderful, very intelligent Dr. He is extremely precise!!!! So now with all the other stuff I’m going through, it’s much easier when you can see!!!!! Clearly!!!!! Better than ever!!!!!!

I would definitely recommend Hauser-Ross for cataract surgery. I've worn glasses since grade school and with the laser assisted lens replacement I can now see 20/20 and no longer need glasses for distance. Dr Kaplan is a wonderfully skilled eye surgeon and very personable and everyone on the staff that I came in contact with were incredibly thoughtful, and helpful.
