Frick did a great job cleaning our carpets. We have a large dog,so paws, fur and chewing toys add to the dirt quicker. I think the pricing was very competitive (fair)and I have friends asking for his service. Plus, he's a veteran ? We'll be calling him in the future.
Did a nice job. Was friendly. Price was great. Would use again. He explained things before he began. I was already aware that wear spots on the carpet won't look as clean as areas of the carpet that are not worn. Will use again. Was glad he didn't try to upsell me on things that weren't needed.
