Chris is the s*it - I'm sitting here on google searching around the area at all the personal trainers as I am taking my exam soon for Ace to become certified myself. Chris was the first trainer I ever saw and probably the reason why I am here in the position right now!!! I owe so much to him and his training. He's confident, very intelligent and knowledgable, and extremely professional. I would recommend him hands down and i'm so glad that I have a trainer such as him to be influenced by - Thanks for all you have done Chris keep on rocking!!
